Usage Note

As you can see, most meats are simply the animal name followed by 肉. 
煲 is used to mean cooking liquids, such as soup or congee.
燉 is a special type of steaming where the steam doesn't touch the food.  It is usually done slowly, perhaps over a few hours, typically using a wok and a bowl with a lid to seal it.
麵 generally refers to yellow wheat based noodles.

牙 = tooth - in this sense it represents sprouting or growing.
