非洲和尚

In Cantonese, 非洲和尚 is the first part of a 歇後語 with 乞人憎 as the second (but not always hidden) part. 非洲和尚 is an African monk, i.e. a black monk or 黑人僧, and 黑人僧 sounds really close to 乞人憎 which means "despicable".
