Chinese Word Parser

This utility takes a short Chinese passage (250 characters) and attempts to split it up into component Chinese words. You can then see the meanings of each character and compound word by moving your mouse over the parsed text (we recommend using the Firefox web browser).
Please note, CantoDict is currently a Traditional Character dictionary only. Also, passages of text with spaces between each character will not work.

To save load on our database server, this free utility has been limited to 250 characters. This limit can be increased by becoming a Premium Subscriber.
