生骨大頭菜

a spoilt brat - literally, a bony turnip This is the first part of a 歇後語 with 種壞 as the hidden part. A turnip (大頭菜) becomes bony (生骨) because it grows wrong (種壞). And 種壞 sounds exactly like 縱壞, i.e. spoilt. Thus, a bony turnip connotes a spoilt brat.
