Celebrated Cases of Judge Dee, Dee Goong An, Celebrated Cases of Judge Dee (lit. "Cases of Judge Dee") is an 18th century Chinese detective novel. It is loosely based on the adventures of Judge Dee, a magistrate and statesman of the Tang court, who lived roughly 630-700.
