one who is willing to spend money only on females; one who frequents whorehouses | synonym: 雞虫 [lit] a grain of rice in the cleft between two stone slabs This is the first part of a 歇後語 with 專畀雞啄 as the second part. Literally, a grain of rice in the cleft between two stone slabs can be pecked only by hens, i.e. 雞 which also means "hookers". The figurative meaning has extended from "hookers" to "females" in general.
