鐵木真打仔
  tit3 muk6 zan1 daa2 zai2   jyutping
sweat profusely; sweat a lot
[lit] Genghis Khan beat his son.

This is the first part of a 歇後語 which has 大汗𢱕() as the second (not always hidden) part.
is better known as Genghis Khan (成吉思汗), the Great Khan (大汗). So, 鐵木真打仔 = 大汗𢱕 = Great (big) Khan beat small khan" where 𢱕 means "beat".
The word puns come from which means both "khan" and "sweat" and from 𢱕 [dap6] which sounds like [daap6]. 大汗沓細汗 is a very common Cantonese expression that literally means "big beads of sweat layering on small beads of sweat", i.e. to sweat profusely.
