confirmor transaction - resale of a property, mainly a residential flat, before the transaction is completed by the confirmor This term is also written as 摸貨 as the first character 摩 or 摸 is merely a transliteration of the last syllable of the word "confirmor" (確認人). In this case, a confirmor is usually an investor who buys a property and resells it before the whole transaction is completed for the purpose of making profits.
