E-fu noodles; Yee Fu noodles [A type of noodles, named after the famous calligrapher 伊秉綬. As magistrate (知府) of 揚州 during 乾龍's reign, he used to serve this noodles to his guests, thus the noodles acquired the name 伊府麵.
