阿崩叫狗
not listen to others; go one's way; disobedient; unable to restrain sb; do sth with opposite effect [lit] A man with hare-lip calls a dog This is the first part of a 歇後語 with 越叫越走 as the second part. Being hare-lipped, he cannot pronounce the word 'gau' (狗) properly. To his dog, the call sounds more like 'zau' (走). So the more he calls, the farther it stays away.
This expression is mostly used on a disobedient kid who acts just the opposite of what he has been told to do. |
