[literal] Mr Deaf burns a firecracker

This is the first part of a two-part allegorical saying that has all scattered () as the hidden part. A deaf person cannot hear the sound of a firecracker explosion. He can only see the scattered wrapping papers. This is often used to describe a group of people dispersed or a social group being split or falling apart.
