阿駝行路 is the first part of a two-part allegorical saying that has as the second part. A hunchback cannot walk steadily, but in a way as if he would fall on his face any moment, i.e. . The homophonic pun comes with sounding exactly like 中中哋, which means 'so-so; passable'.
