This is one of the very few 歇後語 that gets its second part from phonetic wordplay rather than the usual semantic meaning. By means of 反切 (a traditional method of phonetic notation), 阿蘭嫁阿瑞 = 蘭加瑞 = laan + seoi = leoi = 累.
